Scope of Services
PrecisionMet provides non-contact white light interferometry, roughness topography mapping, and micro-honing of high-strength titanium alloys and precision metal interfaces. All services are performed in accordance with ASME B46.1 standards. The company reserves the right to refuse service for materials or geometries that fall outside its published specifications.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate part geometry data, material composition certificates, and any prior surface treatment history. Parts must be delivered free of gross contamination. The client must disclose any known surface defects that could affect measurement or processing. Failure to provide complete information may void service guarantees.
Limitations of Liability
PrecisionMet’s liability is limited to the cost of the specific service rendered. In no event shall the company be liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of production, loss of profit, or failure of end-use components. Sub-nanometer finish claims are based on controlled laboratory conditions; actual results may vary depending on part geometry and handling.
Termination of Use
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. PrecisionMet may immediately terminate any agreement if the client provides false material data, fails to pay invoices within 30 days, or violates export control regulations. Upon termination, all unused prepaid amounts are refunded minus any incurred processing costs.
Modification of Terms
These terms may be updated by PrecisionMet at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version is always available at the domain cosmeticdentistwebsites.com.
Governing Law and Contact
